We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within this period.
To qualify for a return:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Opened or partially used supplement bottles are not eligible for return due to safety and quality control standards.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used products
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Promotional or complimentary items

Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide the return address.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Unauthorized returns or packages sent without an RA may not be eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, incorrect, or defective items.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
If you wish to exchange an unopened product for a different item:
